I had the same issue, in that I wrote constantly while I was in school but now kinda force myself to. Well, in school I wrote everything out in pen, while in boring classes. Maybe that's why I got so much done! And I had this crazy dream of getting a novel published right after graduation. lol That didn't work out.
Have you ever thought of submitting to a magazine or something? Right now I'm working toward that. Doing some short stories and stuff. Also, I occasionally write for Paperlinks (http://paperlinks.org/), which my friend runs. They're always looking for new contributors, so check them out!
I find that having my work displayed makes me feel more motivated to write more.
I'd like to read some of your stuff sometime! I'll be posting an original short story soon, one I intend to submit to a magazine. :D
